📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update client and candidate databases using Salesforce and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and recruitment strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or recruitment role, preferably in the HR industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
