In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire crew recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to final onboarding. You'll use our in-house crew management system, CrewLink, to track and manage all aspects of the recruitment process. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our crew database, ensuring we have access to the best talent in the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire crew recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and offboarding.
• Source and attract top maritime talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit using CrewLink and other HR tools.
• Facilitate crew interviews and assessments, working closely with our shipping and crew management teams.
• Maintain and update our crew database, ensuring we have access to the best talent in the industry.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, local labor laws, and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to our crew members, helping them navigate the complexities of maritime employment.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime HR, with a focus on crew recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding maritime personnel.
• Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and local labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CrewLink and other HR software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
