As an E-Commerce Specialist at TEKNO PLUS, you'll be responsible for managing our online storefronts, including platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. You'll analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to boost our digital sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online storefronts on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Assist in the development of new e-commerce initiatives to expand our digital footprint.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of online and offline sales channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Ads Manager.
