• Develop and manage affiliate programs to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers, influencers, and marketing partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new affiliate opportunities and trends.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of affiliate programs.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote BONDS by IQOS through affiliate channels.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on the performance of affiliate programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the tobacco products sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate programs into overall business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role within the tobacco industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of the tobacco products market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
