📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate inventory records.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
