📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
