📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and enforce school discipline policies to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.,Address student behavioral issues and conflicts using appropriate interventions and strategies.,Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote positive student behavior.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student disciplinary actions and incidents.,Conduct workshops and training sessions on discipline and student behavior for staff and students.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of discipline policies and make recommendations for improvement.,Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and respect.,Stay updated on best practices in student discipline and attend relevant professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student discipline or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian education system and school policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience preferred.
