📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line support to the global team for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.,Assist in resolving issues related to procurement, invoicing, and payments.,Maintain and update S2P documentation and processes.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.,Monitor and report on S2P performance metrics.,Participate in process improvement initiatives.,Assist in training and onboarding new team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a procurement or finance environment.,Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
