📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage and oversee the accounting department's operations and personnel.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff in accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
