Central Den Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Personalia Staff to join our team in Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees and the organization succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.,Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
