Express Glow Group is looking for a Senior HR Officer to join our team in Mempawah. As a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing our human resources department and ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for all job openings,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
