📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders, including project managers and senior management.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and budgets are established and maintained.
• Conduct cost impact analyses for changes in project scope, schedule, or resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior cost engineers and project teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering, with a proven track record in managing project costs.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control techniques.
• Proficiency in cost management software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
