📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and grow key accounts, building strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.,Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B construction project material sector.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for business purposes.
