Puskesmas Wati Gadget is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Monitor and manage the organization's budget, ensuring it is aligned with financial goals and objectives.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial reporting.,Train and mentor junior staff in accounting and financial management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
