PT Pilar Media is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Magetan, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while ensuring smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency and optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using restaurant management software.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culinary practices and preferences.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
