📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and other desserts.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that pastries are integrated seamlessly into the overall dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety regulations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stocked and used efficiently.,Train and mentor junior staff members in pastry making techniques and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create and execute pastry recipes with a high level of accuracy and creativity.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
