📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere in the outlet.
  • Manage sales and meet daily targets.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
  • Stock and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in promotions and marketing activities.
  • Train and mentor new staff members.
  • Report to the manager on daily sales and outlet performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
