📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth running and high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve performance goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes.
