📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and optimize the movement of mining equipment, personnel, and materials.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily mining operations using advanced dispatching software such as MineSight or similar.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the mining team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.
• Analyze and improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff and new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with dispatching software such as MineSight, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
