In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including staff supervision and performance evaluation.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.,Maintain and update the company's accounting systems and software.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records.,Handle the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
