📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.,Support the management team in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or management field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
