📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales performance in the assigned area.,Build and maintain strong customer relationships.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching to the sales team.,Report sales performance and market insights to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in company events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related roles.,Strong understanding of market trends and competition.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a must.
