PT Karya Kartika is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various financial activities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited accounting experience to gain practical knowledge and skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Support the accounting department in audits and internal controls.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience or internship (preferred but not required).,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
