YIELD Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store and remote responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage store budget and expenses, including forecasting and reporting.,Implement and monitor marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
