📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate representation of roles.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Interview and assess candidates to evaluate their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
