Rejeki Dian Geprek is looking for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our food processing machines to ensure efficient and safe production. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in our office and on-site at our production facility in Kuta, Bali. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain food processing machines to ensure efficient production.,Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.,Keep accurate records of machine usage and maintenance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Assist in the training of new employees on machine operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the food processing industry.,Familiarity with food processing machines and equipment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and on-site).,Basic understanding of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
