📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Support the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
