📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of the resort.
• Utilize GuestPro and Salesforce to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury resorts.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Hospitality Management or a similar field is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in a leadership position.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
