📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct financial audits and internal controls.
- Provide financial advice and support to the management team.
- Manage payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
