In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, from venue selection and vendor management to participant coordination and post-event analysis. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute world-class esports events, including tournaments, leagues, and exhibitions
• Manage all aspects of tournament logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and participant coordination
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure smooth event execution and high-quality participant experiences
• Oversee the development and maintenance of event management systems, including ticketing, registration, and scheduling platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and engage with audiences
• Analyze post-event data to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, event policies, and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Esports Management, Event Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in esports operations, event management, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale esports events
• Strong knowledge of esports industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using event management software, including Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
