PT Ratu Pilar is seeking a talented and dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products to various retail outlets and ensuring smooth operations. If you are passionate about sales and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products to retail outlets.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient product distribution.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.,Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the distribution process.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular audits to monitor the performance of the distribution process.,Provide regular reports on the status of distribution activities to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
