📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and employee development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
