📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to transform and migrate data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT departments to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and optimize data migration processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data migration documentation, including project plans, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the data migration team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data migration, ETL processes, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Report on project progress, challenges, and risks to senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data migration, ETL processes, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Implementation) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex data migration projects.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
