📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily POS operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, providing training and development opportunities.
• Implement and monitor POS software such as SAP or Oracle, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Develop and execute branch-specific strategies to improve sales and customer retention.
• Collaborate with regional management to align branch operations with company-wide goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in POS operations, preferably in a leadership role.
