📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage invoices and payment records accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor cash flow and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their billing inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and collections.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Certification in accounting or financial services is a plus.
