📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.,Support the implementation of team goals and objectives.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to the Team Leader.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance metrics.,Support the Team Leader in resolving team conflicts and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership or a similar role.,Strong organizational and leadership skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
