📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Lead and optimize standard costing processes for our operations in Indonesia, using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to the financial planning process.
• Represent Fraser and Neave at industry events and conferences, building our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
