As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with our team of financial professionals to deliver high-quality accounting services to our clients. You'll use industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and ensure accuracy. This role is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, and who are certified in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients to help them make informed business decisions
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Certification in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance requirements
