📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Lead process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Manage and optimize production schedules using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other relevant quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and employee development.
Represent Coherent at industry events and conferences to build thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations or program management.
Proven track record in leading manufacturing improvement projects.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management systems.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and data analytics tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
